7,000 sue Warren over tree roots

Nearly 7,000 have had property damage from trees the city planted in the right-of-way areas in front of residents' homes in the 1950s and 1960s. A class-action lawsuit against the city of Warren can finally proceed after a seven-year appellate battle that kept residents in legal limbo.
