Eastpointe -- Three teens were arraigned today on home invasion charges after police said they broke into a home in the 15000 block of Stricker Street on Monday night.

Donald Weems, 18, of Detroit; Timothy Andrews, 19, of St. Clair Shores; and Tre Jackson, 17, of Southfield each appeared before Judge Carl Gerds of 38th District Court and were charged with second-degree home invasion and conspiracy to commit second-degree home invasion.

Eastpointe police said they received a call from a neighbor around 8:50 p.m. Monday of a home invasion on Stricker Street. When police arrived at the scene, they said four suspects ran leaving a computer tower, monitor, printer, prescription drugs and a case of DVDs in the backyard. Police were able to catch three of the four suspects.
